Return & Refund Policy

We understand and appreciate that when you are purchasing our products, you are making an investment.  Currently we do not have a return policy unless the product is damaged or defected. This is due to hygiene issues.

In case of products which are damaged/ defected, we have a 3 day return policy, wherein the request for return must be placed by writing to contact.skinnmore@gmail.com

The 3 day period starts from the day you have received your order. We will not be accepting any returns messages on any social media platform other than an email and shall not be in a position to initiate any refund requests after 72 hours of the product sale.

    For return, you will need to initiate the return from your end. All products can be returned to the following address:

    Once we receive the product on our end, we shall process the returns within 7 days through a bank transfer upon satisfactory receiving of the products. The final decision to accept the return lays solely on skinnmore.

    We shall refund the shipping amount once we have received the product at our end. The shipping amount shall only be refunded on satisfactory receiving of the products.

    Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

        • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
        • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
        • Serial Number is tampered
        • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
        • Product is used or altered
        • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
        • Free product
        • We do not exchange TIAM My Signature C Source Vitamin C Serum or items that do not withstand temperatures. TIAM My Signature C Source Vitamin C Serum has a tendency to leak during transport, sealed but leaked we do not offer exchange on this product. We ensure product is sealed without leakage before shipment hence we do not offer exchange on this product.

    Cancellations:
    Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at contact.skinnmore@gmail.com or call us at 0091-2228817784. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
